You’re not alone. We’re here to assist you through the process. As a member designee – no matter where you live – you can access our Healthcare Concierge service. (Written permission from the member is required.)Need Assistance?
Become a Member Designee
We want to help you care for your loved ones and protect our members’ privacy as well. That’s why we require member authorization to designate someone to inquire about a member’s health benefits. It’s easy to do: Members can provide a verbal authorization, send an email, fax or mail a statement of authorization. The member’s healthcare concierge will call the member and confirm authorization.
If you are caring for one of our members, we will require a durable power of attorney in order to make any plan changes.

Your member’s Healthcare Concierge can:
- Help you find a doctor or specialist for the member
- Work with you to schedule doctors visits
- Coordinate the claims and billing process
- Look up medications
- Address immediate concerns
- Assist with other healthcare questions that help you as a member designee.
